Our focus is to start innovative insurance products by considering customer requirements. In our branch in Al Khuwair, we are the first insurance company to start Oman’s first route from the insurance unit. In addition, the first insurance company that launches car insurance for high -tech cars and a gadget protection cover for damage. To ensure that the population is compatible with the density of the population, we constantly examine our branch network.

We are working to create our systems to enable us to work exactly when it starts from the beginning. For the next two years, we are trying to be an important player in the field of health insurance and we have invested resources to train our staff to promote the same thing.

What is the position of the company in the life insurance of the Oman Market? How do you see life insurance penetration and existing trends in the sultan?
We are an important player in the life department in Oman and we have an important market. We are trying to improve this business area in the coming years. Life insurance penetration is low in the Oman market, and people mainly buy life insurance to secure their loans, so credit life is the main product that is preferred. However, after Covid-19, people are more aware of the benefits of life insurance as a risk hazard and savings average.
DHofar insurance has been very active in supporting society in recent years. After the cyclone Shaheen, we contributed to the recovery efforts by the authorities. We also provided relaxation to families affected by the heavy rains in Sur.
The company also recognized its services for the achievements of Oman athletes. We focus on sustainable development, but the three main directions, ie (i) health services, (ii) development of the community and (iii).
